February 2004 Featured Installation - Classy Exteriors Ltd
Description: This was a complete refurbishment of an existing brick with steel
and glass 50's style conservatory in Wylde Green, Sutton Coldfield in the West
Midlands. Classy Exteriors kept the original base work and completely redesigned
the windows and roof with uPVC REHAU Tritec frames and a 32mm OPAL Polycarbonate
Ultraframe Roof. The inside was also redesigned - Classy Exteriors added a
partition and raised part of the floor so that it was all on the same level.
The entire inside was completely re-plastered. The biggest obstacle was changing
the existing steel and glass lean to roof into the magnificent gable fronted
structure you see in the pictures.
